When we had to close Borracho’s Craft Booze and Brews during the pandemic, it was a tough moment—but our passion for serving the amazing Las Vegas community never wavered. That passion led us to open Prairie Hill Café at the Plaza, a restaurant and coffee shop that quickly became a cherished chapter in our journey.

After five wonderful years, we've made the exciting decision to return our focus to Borracho’s and reopen its doors.

But don’t worry—Prairie Hill Café lives on through our catering services! We're still here to bring the flavors you love straight to your table.
